I am a creative leader (copy) with a proclivity for ingenuity, a heightened sense of aesthetics and an eye on the big picture.
Clocking 14+ years across 5 advertising agencies, my expertise lies in powering incredible brands with insightful creativity, unlocking their purpose and ambition. In my most recent stint, I worked at BBH India as an Executive Creative Director.
When you collaborate with me, you’ll find that I bring my talents and experience as a voice artist, vocalist, poet, songwriter, composer, graphic designer and photographer to the table, often. You’ll also frequently hear how much I am enjoying learning Spanish.

George is an exceptionally talented creative individual who is also incredibly versatile. He’s as comfortable working on a 30 second commercial as he is on an AR idea. He’s as gifted at his craft when he’s writing in English as in Hindi. He’s a mature creative leader who is as driven as the hungriest first-jobber. We’ve got the ‘all-inclusive-package’ with George.
George is a strong and versatile creative talent. Thinks pictures and draws words. :) He took to the digital medium very early and yet manages both the non-linear and the linear with aplomb. I have always found his ideas resonate across classes and masses. As a team leader, he is easy to get along with and knows how to extract the best. Respect his compassion and his work.
George is one of those rare creatives who is far mature beyond his years. He understands the exact issue that needs to be solved on the brand at that given time, always comes with fresh insights on an idea and has an excellent handle on his craft. What’s more, in a crisis, he is always willing to roll up his sleeves and give it a shot. And, he is the in-house lyricist/singer/VO artist for a lot of the brands the agency handles. I would hire him in a heartbeat.
George Sebastian is someone who thinks large, writes beautifully and yet stays grounded. He is tremendously mature and is able to look at the bigger picture and think idea down without getting caught up in the medium. He's absolutely fearless and he'll take anything on. His great sense of music and his voiceover skills are always useful around the office. He is a talented musician and lyricist which is a great asset to a creative person. There's always honesty and poetry in his work and every once in a while, a wicked sense of humour.
George is a fantastic talent. He is sharp, quick on the uptake and is savvy beyond his years. He’s both a wordsmith and an ideas person. But what sets him apart from the other talented people in the industry is his awesome work ethic. George can dazzle with his writing and at the same time, surprise you with his commitment. He’s definitely one to watch out for, in the years to come. More power to you, Georgie!
'Creative Director' as a title does little justice in defining George as a person. His head is full with strategic insights, sound logic and a giant serving of crazy to go with it. He has all it takes to lead a team while being a star contributor himself. With the rare ability to see an entire project through, I soon see George becoming a force in the communications industry. Although his talent and achievements make a strong case to any employer, I would hire him for his giant heart and an even bigger appetite.
When you enter advertising, what really matters is not the agency you work for, but the boss you work under. We've all heard stories of bad mentors making people want to quit or serving some good old advertising PTSD. George is on the opposite end of that spectrum. He's empathetic, extremely patient and highly invested in your growth. I remember him making the perfect environment for me to grow and get uncomfortable, but still feel protected at all times. He loves the details, and doesn't mind playing the devil till you care about them too. And for that, I thank him to this day. He also has a trait that most seniors in the industry start losing over time. He's very generous. With ideas, personal projects, and lunches. Work with him, work for him, and make sure you read his poems. Bukowski recommends.
